Abstract：A homotopy formula on local tangential q-concave wedges in Stein manifolds is obtained. By using this formula, uniform estimates of $\bar\partial$-equations on local tangential q-concave wedges in Stein manifolds are given, and an extension problem is discussed on local tangential q-concave wedges in Stein manifolds.
